Report a bug

A clear report helps us fix it fast. Please tell us:

• Screen: where in the app it happened, for example Draws, Numbers, Plan or Me.
• Steps: what you tapped, in order.
• What happened and what you expected to happen.
• A screenshot, if you can. Press the side button and the volume up button together.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.

Please do not send anything personal that you do not want to share.

Restore Pro

If you bought Pro and it is not showing, restore it. You need to be signed in to the same Apple Account that bought it.

• Open Lotto Partner and go to Me.
• In the Lotto Partner Pro card, tap Restore purchases.
• You can also tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the Pro screen.

The app tells you if Pro is back on, or if it found no Pro purchase for that Apple Account. To change or cancel your plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Pro users can also tap Manage subscription in Me.

Turn off alerts

• In the app: go to Me, find Notifications, and switch off Midday and Evening. This also deletes your alert token and choices from our server.
• On your iPhone: open Settings, tap Notifications, tap Lotto Partner, and switch off Allow Notifications.

Delete your data

Your saved numbers live only on your phone. In Me, tap Delete everything to remove them, or delete the app. There is no account to close.

18+ and getting help

Lotto Partner is for people aged 18 or older. It does not sell tickets or take bets. Play with care, and only with money you can afford to lose. Set a limit first.
