Lotto Partner Terms of Use

These terms apply to Lotto Partner, an app made by Beyond Obsessive LLC, a New York company (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use Lotto Partner.
What the app is
Lotto Partner is an informational app for New York Lottery Pick 3, Win 4 and Take 5. It shows published draw results, lets you check numbers against them, and keeps your saved numbers on your phone.
- It does not sell lottery tickets, take bets or handle money.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the New York Lottery or the New York State Gaming Commission. The game names are used only to identify the games whose public results the app shows.
No forecasts and no advice
Every number has the same chance in the next draw. The app never claims that any number is more likely to come up. Quick Pick is random and rules follow simple patterns; neither tells you what the next draw will be. Tests and history describe past draws only, and past results do not change future chances. Nothing in the app is financial, legal or gambling advice.
Results and accuracy
Results come from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong. Take 5 cash prize amounts are not shown. They change each draw. Always confirm any result or win with official New York Lottery results before acting on it. We are not responsible for any decision you make based on information in the app.
Your data
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your saved numbers stay on your phone, and we count anonymous usage. If you turn on alerts, we also keep your phone’s alert token and the draws you follow.
Subscriptions
Lotto Partner Pro is an optional subscription. It adds convenience, not better odds. Free includes 3 saved numbers. Pro lets you save as many as you like and turns on personal alerts. In the United States it costs $19.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial if you are eligible, or $2.99 a month. The app shows the price in your own currency before you buy.
The subscription is sold and billed by Apple, and the charge goes to your Apple Account. It renews automatically until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel in your Apple account Settings at least 24 hours before it renews. If you start a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly price is charged. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings at any time, and Apple handles refunds under its own rules.
If Pro ends, we do not delete or hide anything. All your saved numbers stay and are still checked. You cannot add a new one until you have fewer than 3, or you go back to Pro.
Using the app fairly
Please do not misuse the app, for example by trying to disrupt the service, copy or scrape its data in bulk, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Our content
The app, its design and its content belong to Beyond Obsessive LLC. Lottery results and game names belong to their respective owners.
Apple
These terms are between you and Beyond Obsessive LLC, not Apple. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Disclaimers and limits
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
